What to report

Choose the correct correction path

Factual correction

A guide is wrong, outdated, or missing a condition. Include the page URL, section heading, exact claim, and a public source or reproducible observation.

Source update

A developer announcement, public video, or community record changes the evidence. Include the source URL, publication date, and what should change.

Copyright or removal request

Identify the exact asset or passage, explain your rights basis, and provide a replacement attribution or removal scope. Do not send private documents unless explicitly requested through an authorized channel.

Minimum report

Include these five fields

  1. Page URL — the exact page that needs review.
  2. Claim — quote the sentence, table row, or image caption.
  3. Correction — state what should replace it and why.
  4. Evidence — public URL, video timestamp, screenshot description, or reproducible steps.
  5. Observed date/version — when the change was true and which client state it applies to.
